Order Policy

Shipping

We are not responsible for products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, products not delivered due to recipient not being available at the time of delivery, or product quality issues resulting from improper handling by the recipient. Returns

Prior to returning products, a Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained by contacting customer service (customerservice@discountgiftsetc.com) within 7 days of product receipt. All products must be returned within 30 days of initial purchase in order to receive full refund or replacement. Products must be in the original unopened packaging and in the same condition as when shipped. Returns must include a copy of the invoice or be accompanied with an invoice date and number. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Errors and Inaccuracies

We make an effort to ensure that we have an up-to-date and accurate product database; however, this website may contain errors relating to product pricing and/or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, even after an order has been submitted.
